Cycling Strength Specialty Package

A dynamic group specialty 4-week program that combines the invigorating benefits of targeted strength training exercises for any cyclist. High-energy sessions are designed to challenge participants both aerobically and anaerobically, participants will experience well-rounded workouts that not only boosts overall fitness but also leaves them feeling empowered and accomplished. Whether you're a seasoned cyclist or new to the fitness scene, Cycle Strength offers a fun and effective way to elevate your indoor or outdoor cycling experience. This versatile piece of equipment leverages gravity and your body weight to develop strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability. In this class, you'll perform a range of exercises targeting various muscle groups, incorporating elements of cardio, resistance training, and functional movements. Led by a certified instructor, participants can expect a challenging yet adaptable session suitable for all fitness levels.

Join our exhilarating spin class for a heart-pounding fitness experience! A 45-minute ride of dynamic cycling, mixed terrain complete with music that'll keep your energy high. Get ready for those virtual hills and race towards your fitness goals. Suitable for all fitness levels.

Metabolic HIIT - 45mins
10 exercises designed to use strength, endurance, plyometrics, isometrics, muscular endurance, cardio and callisthenics, along with core and abs exercises to get super fit.

Mobility Flow - 30mins
Focuses on improving flexibility, range of motion, and overall movement patterns in the body. This class incorporates dynamic stretching, mobility drills, and functional movements to enhance agility and reduce stiffness. Designed to promote better posture, prevent injuries, optimize physical performance, and to enhance movement capabilities and overall physical well-being.
